Pakistan Railways Invitation to Bid via ePADS – Tender No. 17/0013/00-0-1/2026 (Closes 2026-09-22)

Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office (Chief Controller of Purchase) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of goods through the ePADS v2.0 system. Open competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with Public Procurement Rules/Regulations and the Pakistan Railways procurement instructions. Bidders must be registered on ePADS and submit bids electronically (e-bids) before the closing time. All bids must be accompanied by the required bid security or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents.

Important instructions and requirements:

- Bid security: As specified in the bidding documents; may be furnished as Pay Order, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or bidders may submit a Bid Securing Declaration where allowed.

- Registration & participation: Interested bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0. To participate in eBidding, bidders should register and obtain access to prepare and submit e-bids before the closing time. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained.

- Documents & procurement rules: Procurement is subject to the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and applicable guidelines issued by the Authority. The procuring agency’s procurement notice and instruction details are available on the Authority’s website (www.ppra.org.pk) and on ePADS.
