Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC), a state-owned enterprise under the Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division), invites applications for two Assistant Vice President (AVP) positions on an open-term contract basis. Positions are based at PMDC Head Office in Islamabad.

| Assistant Vice President (AVP) – HR & Branding | Bachelor's degree in HRM or MBA (HR) (16 years) from HEC-recognized institution. Additional HR certifications preferred. | Minimum 12 years post-qualification progressive HR experience in public and private sector organisations, with expertise in HR strategy & planning, talent management, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, HR operations. | Maximum age up to 45 years by closing date of application. | Develop and execute HR strategy; act as HR advisor to senior leadership; lead talent acquisition, succession planning and performance management; design HR policies, employee relations, compensation/benefits, learning & development and employer branding. |
