Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications for pre-qualification and issuance of tender documents for multiple works in the area of responsibility of GE (A) Abbottabad.

Purpose	Pre-qualification and issuance of tenders for various construction, repair, maintenance and supply works
Works (as listed)	Seepage / Roof treatment Construction / Repair / Renovation / Maintenance (residential and non-residential) Re-carpeting of road Supply of bazar material (E&M & BSR) Provision of stores for RTEs and TC/DC for AOR of GE (A) Abbottabad
Application / Tender deadline	2026-09-21 — must be received by accepting officer by 11:30 hours (tenders opened 12:00 hours same date)
Eligibility / Requirements	Submit application for issuance of tender documents with complete credentials Firms must have sufficient experience in the relevant field Contractors must provide a certificate of no pending litigation with Government Departments and no outstanding special report from Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHO) Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of valid registration; unregistered contractors are ineligible Only contractors on the approved MES list in relevant categories (A, B, C, D & E) with appropriate experience should apply
Other conditions	Contractors may be present at tender opening. Accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject tenders (per Para 33 of PPRA Rules).
