Issuer: Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC). PMDC invites applications for two Assistant Vice President (AVP) positions on open-term contract basis at its Head Office in Islamabad.

Master's and additional certifications preferred. | Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience; experience may include environmental strategy & ESG reporting, social impact assessment, occupational health & safety, mine safety & environmental management and related fields. | Develop and lead PMDC's ESG and sustainability strategy aligned with international frameworks (e.g. GRI, SASB); oversee HSE and safety initiatives across operational sites; drive environmental objectives (emission reduction, energy efficiency, resource conservation); manage ESG data, reporting and quarterly/annual reports to management and board; formulate HSE & ESG-related budgets; supervise social responsibility and community engagement; conduct audits, safety inspections and liaise with relevant authorities. | Maximum up to 45 years by closing date | Islamabad |
| Assistant Vice President (AVP) — HR & Branding | Master's degree in HRM (16 years) from HEC-recognized institution. Additional relevant certifications preferred. | Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience of progressive HR roles in public or private sector; expertise in HR strategy & planning, talent management, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, industrial relations and HR operations. | Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategy aligned with organizational objectives; act as strategic HR advisor on workforce planning and organizational design; lead talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development and performance management; design and implement HR policies and compliance; strengthen HR processes and digital HR solutions; manage employee relations, monitor HR metrics and implement data-driven improvements. | Maximum up to 45 years by closing date | Islamabad |
