Tender Notice — Supply of Office Items (Lots I–VII) for Provincial Election Commissioner, Balochistan, Quetta

Office of the Provincial Election Commissioner, Balochistan (Quetta) invites sealed tenders from experienced and reputable firms/authorized dealers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax (GST) for supply of items listed below to the Provincial Election Commissioner's office, Balochistan, Quetta.

Key submission & eligibility requirements:

- Tenders must be registered on the ePADS system. Alternative offers/bids will be rejected.

- Each bidder must provide Tax Registration Certificate, National Tax Number (NTN) and vendor number with documentary proof; registration number must be clearly mentioned and valid documentary evidence attached.

- Firms must have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in supply of relevant items and a proper registered office; full contact details (address, telephone/fax/WhatsApp, e-mail) must be furnished.

- An affidavit that the firm has never been involved in litigation and has never been blacklisted by any Ministry/Division/Department or Government Organization must be attached.

- Authorized dealer/manufacturer/business partner certificate from the manufacturer/principal supplier must be provided where applicable.

- Single-stage, single-envelope procedure as per Rule 36(a) of PPRA Rules-2004 will apply.

- Bids will be evaluated on the basis of quality of samples and item-wise lowest unit rates. Bidders should apply for the whole Group; bids for separate single items may be rejected.

- Authentication/samples of all items (free of charge) must be supplied with the bid; offers without samples will not be entertained.

- Bids must be submitted on the original bid form issued by the Provincial Election Commissioner office, Balochistan, and must be properly signed. Prices shall be quoted in Pakistani Rupees and must include all applicable taxes (including GST) unless otherwise stated.

- Rates offered shall remain valid and binding throughout the period of the contract up to 2027-06-30; the Commission may extend the contract period if required until finalization of the next contract.

Submission & opening:

- Tender opening: 2026-09-30 at 10:00 AM in the conference hall of the PEC office, Balochistan, Quetta.

- Sealed tenders are to be delivered to the Office of the Provincial Election Commissioner, Balochistan, Quetta as per instructions on the ePADS/PEC bid documents.
