Tender Notice FY 2026-27 — Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (Supply, Medicines, Disposables & Fire System)

Medical Superintendent, Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (RIC), Rawal Road, Rawalpindi invites sealed/electronic bids under PPRA Rules 2014 (amended) for supply and services for RIC Rawalpindi and NSCC Samli Murree. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and follow the Punjab e-Procurement submission process. A single-stage, two-envelope procedure will be followed. A fresh CDR/Bank Guarantee of 2% of the estimated price (refundable) must be submitted through PSID on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP).

How to obtain bidding documents and submit bids:

- Bidding documents, terms & conditions and quantities are available free of cost on the following websites: www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, www.ric.gop.pk and https://epp.punjab.gov.pk.

- Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) according to the schedule above. Bid security (2% CDR/Bank Guarantee) must be submitted through PSID on the Punjab e-Procurement System as prescribed by PITB.

Notes:

• RIC Rawalpindi will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in preparation, delivery or electronic submission of bids.
• If the opening date is a public holiday or non-working day, the next official working day will be treated as the submission/opening date; time and venue remain the same.
