Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) invites applications for two senior open-term positions at its Head Office in Islamabad. Competitive market-based salary will be offered. Departmental candidates must apply through proper channel.

Master's degree and additional certifications in the relevant field are desirable. | Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience that may include Environmental Strategy & ESG Reporting, Social Impact Strategy & Assessment and Occupational Health & Safety, etc., at management level. | Maximum age up to 45 years by the closing date of application. | Develop and lead PMDC's ESG & sustainability strategy aligned with international frameworks (e.g., SRI and SASB); oversee health and safety initiatives; drive ESG policies for emission reduction, energy efficiency, resource conservation and legal compliance; lead ESG data management and periodic reporting; establish governance frameworks and HSE/ESG-related programs; liaise with regulators (e.g., SECP, NDA, EPA). |
| Assistant Vice President (AVP) – HR & Branding | Master's degree (16 years) in HRM or MBA (HR) from HEC-recognized institution. Additional certifications in the relevant field are preferred. | Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience in reputable public/private sector organizations with expertise in HR strategy & planning, talent management, employee engagement, compensation & reward management, industrial relations, HR operations, and designing employee separation/retirement schemes. | Maximum age up to 45 years by the closing date of application. | Lead HR strategy aligned with organizational business objectives; oversee succession planning, leadership development, workforce capacity building; manage employee relations, performance management, promotions and reward systems; develop HR policies and digital HR processes to enhance efficiency. |
