Geo-Technical Investigation Firms	Execution of boreholes (including rock coring), standard penetration tests and sampling Soil/rock classification, strength and compressibility testing and laboratory investigations In-situ testing, rock/soil logging, geophysical surveys and reporting for site stability, slope and foundation recommendations	Valid PEC registration (appropriate category) and tax/provincial registrations Proven experience in similar geotechnical investigations Availability of qualified geotechnical personnel and required field/lab equipment Audited financial statements and non‑blacklisting undertaking	Experience Record: 30% Personnel Capabilities: 30% Equipment & Technical Capabilities: 20% Financial Soundness: 20% Minimum qualifying score: 70%
