MES Tender Notice — Prequalification for Civil Works & Supplies at Abbottabad (Closing 2026-09-21)

Military Engineer Services (GE (A) Abbottabad) invites applications for pre-qualification and issuance of tender documents for the following works in the area of responsibility of GE (A) Abbottabad. Tender documents will be issued only to firms/contractors whose applications and credentials meet the stated requirements.

Key dates and submission details:

- Submission deadline: tenders must be received by the accepting officer by 11:30 hours on 2026-09-21.

- Tender opening: 12:00 hours on 2026-09-21 (contractors may be present at opening).

Eligibility and documentation requirements:

• Submit application for issuance of tender documents along with complete credentials as required (see serial 8 in original notice).
• Provide a written certificate that the firm is not involved in litigation with any Government Department and that no outstanding special report from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch, GHQ) exists against them.
• Must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC); include a copy of valid PEC registration (contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible).
• Only contractors on the approved MES list in Categories A, B, C, D & E with relevant experience should apply.

Other notes:

• Tender documents will be scrutinized and issued only to contractors who satisfy experience and special conditions for the job and area.
• The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject tenders; rejected tenders will be dealt with as per Para 33(i) of PPRA Rules.
