The Higher Education Commission (HEC), Islamabad invites bids from Microsoft Authorized Licensing Solutions Partners (LSPs) for the supply of Microsoft Office 365 (Education) licenses, operations support, tenant-to-tenant migration services and capacity building under the Education Transformation Agreement (ETA). The selected vendor will manage HEC’s centralized Microsoft 365 tenancy, provision EES licenses, manage central tenant infrastructure, execute tenant migrations to independent university tenants on demand, and deliver related training, security and operational support.
