TCP Tender: Commercial Financing Facilities for Sugar, Wheat, Maize, Rice and Related Commodities

Issuer: Trading Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt) Limited (Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan). TCP invites offers from eligible scheduled banks for provision of short-term commercial financing facilities to support TCP's working capital requirements for sugar, wheat, maize, rice and other commodity operations, including issuance/confirmation of letters of credit.

Scope: Financing lines to cover outstanding and new commodity operations and LC requirements for the relevant quarter. Interested banks are invited to submit offers for providing financing facilities under the terms and conditions set out in the tender documents.

Eligibility & submission method: Only banks licensed/registered with the State Bank of Pakistan and meeting TCP’s eligibility criteria may participate. Bidders must submit proposals electronically through the government e-procurement / EPADS platform as specified by TCP.
