University of Agriculture Peshawar — Tender: Allotment of Main Canteen & Two Shops (License on Monthly Rent)

Issuer: Directorate of Administration, The University of Agriculture, Peshawar. The University invites sealed bids from eligible firms/individuals for grant of license for operation, management and maintenance of the Main Canteen and two Shops on campus on a monthly rent basis.

- Bidders must submit an affidavit confirming they are not blacklisted or bankrupt by any government/semi-government organization or banking institution (original affidavit to be submitted in a separate envelope).

- Bidders must possess a valid National Tax Number (NTN) issued by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

- Bidders should have relevant experience in operation/management of canteens, cafeterias, restaurants or similar food service facilities and comply with applicable food safety, hygiene and health regulations.

- Each bid must be accompanied by a bid fee receipt of Rs. 2,000/- (original) and the required bid security in the form of a call deposit in favor of Treasurer, The University of Agriculture, Peshawar. Call deposit details shown: Account No. PK26KHBPS71030000779736 at The Bank of Khyber, University of Peshawar Branch. Bid security shall be submitted in a separate envelope.

- The license will be awarded to the highest evaluated responsive bidder after verification of original documents. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to cancel the bidding process in accordance with applicable government rules.
