Tender: Upgradation of Classrooms (Academic Blocks #01 & #02) – University of Narowal (New Campus)

The University of Narowal invites sealed bids for the upgradation of classrooms in Academic Block #01 and #02 at the University of Narowal (New Campus). Bids will be processed under the Single-Stage One-Envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA rules, 2014.

Eligibility & submission requirements:

- Firms must be registered with PEC (C-4 or above), FBR, and Punjab Revenue Authority with an active tax profile.

- A single package containing technical and financial bids must be submitted online on the e-Procurement Punjab website by the stated deadline.

- Original bid security (pay order/bank instrument) in favor of "Treasurer, University of Narowal" must be delivered to the Project Director Office, 1st Floor, Admin Block, University of Narowal, New Campus, Shakargarh Road, Narowal before the closing time for e-bid submission.

- Income/Sales tax registration certificate and other documents as specified in the Tender Document must accompany the bid. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules.

- Incomplete, unsigned, late, or otherwise non-compliant bids, or bids submitted by any method other than the specified e-Procurement procedure, will be rejected. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules.
