Privatisation Commission invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for private sector participation/privatisation of Islamabad Electric Supply Company Limited (IESCO). The process contemplates acquisition of 51% to 100% share capital together with management control in each of FESCO, GEPCO & IESCO. The deadline for submission of EOI for IESCO has been revised as shown below.
