Tender: Establishment of Technical Laboratory in Balochistan (PSDP) — Electronic Bids

Director General (South) invites electronic bids for the establishment of a Technical Laboratory in Balochistan under PSDP. Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014. Only electronic bids will be accepted; no physical bids are required. Bidders must be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System.

Eligibility & requirements: Firms must appear on the Active Taxpayers List and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA) registration is required and must be active. Additional specific registration and prior experience requirements are noted in the bidding documents.
