Tender: Construction of Baker to Mari Top Road (56 km) — Dera Bugti

Project Director invites electronic bids for the construction of the road from Baker to Mari Top (56 km) in District Dera Bugti under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014. Only electronic bids will be accepted; no physical bids. Registration on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPRAO (Balochistan) is mandatory.

Eligibility & Requirements: Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List, must not be blacklisted by any procuring entity of Pakistan, and must be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority. Minimum required financial capacity: turnover of at least PKR 2,600,000,000 over the previous three years. Bidders must have completed at least two assignments of similar nature. Joint ventures are allowed (maximum two partners), with each partner meeting the minimum share/qualification requirements stated in the tender.
