SBCA Public Notice: Lists of Dangerous and Declared Buildings in Hyderabad, Sukkur, Mirpurkhas & Larkana Regions

Issuer: Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA).

Purpose: Public safety notice publishing official lists of buildings declared dangerous or structurally unsafe across multiple Sindh regions (Hyderabad, Sukkur, Mirpurkhas and Larkana). Owners, residents and occupants of listed buildings are strongly advised to vacate the affected premises immediately due to risks exacerbated by monsoon rains.

Action required: Occupants should evacuate dangerous buildings without delay. The public is requested to avoid any residential or commercial activity in or around these listed structures and to report additional unsafe or dilapidated buildings to SBCA.

Liability and enforcement: SBCA warns that continuing occupancy of declared unsafe buildings is hazardous; SBCA will not be responsible for any loss of life or property resulting from continued occupancy of such buildings and may take enforcement action as per regulations.
