PKLI Tender Invitation for BMT Consumables & Point-of-Care Testing (Reagent Rental)

Issuer: Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI & RC), Lahore. PKLI invites e-bids from firms registered with income tax and sales tax authorities for two procurement packages. Bidding documents are available free of cost from the PKLI website and can also be downloaded from PPRA and Punjab e-procurement portals. Tenders were uploaded on PPRA on 2026-09-10. All bids to be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk).

Key submission rules: e-Bids must be submitted online on or before 2026-10-02 at 11:00 AM. Hard copies are not required. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security equal to 2% of the estimated cost. Bid validity: 180 days from the date of opening. Pre-bid meeting: 2026-09-21 at 11:30 AM in the Supply Chain conference room (Tower-A). Bids will be opened on 2026-10-02 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives.

How to apply: Submit bids online only via Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). The procuring agency is not responsible for failure of bids due to bidders' account or technical errors. Participating firms must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Pre-bid queries and further information can be obtained from the Supply Chain Department, PKLI & RC during office hours (08:30 AM to 05:30 PM).
