Municipal Committee Daska Tender: Road Rehabilitation & College Road Beautification (Closing 2026-10-03)

Municipal Committee Daska invites electronic bids from eligible contractors/firms through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login). Contractors must be duly enlisted/renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for Financial Year 2026-27 where applicable. Bidding will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).

Key Submission Details:

- Bids must be submitted electronically only through the Punjab e-Procurement System.

- Submission deadline: on or before 2026-10-03 at 11:00 AM. Electronic bid opening: same day at 11:30 AM at the office of Municipal Committee Daska in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

- Bid validity: 60 days from date of opening.

Bid Security and Performance Guarantee:

- Bid Security: 5% of the estimated cost must be furnished only through a Digital Bank Guarantee (e.g., SWIFT MT760) using PSID generated from the Punjab e-Procurement System. Physical bid securities will not be accepted.

- Successful bidder must furnish Performance Security equal to 5% of the Contract Price through SWIFT MT760 in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).

Other Important Conditions:

- Only electronic bids submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System will be accepted; manual, emailed, couriered, or hard-copy bids will be rejected.

- If the bid submission deadline falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be treated as the closing date at the same scheduled time.

- Bid security will be forfeited if a bidder withdraws during the bid validity period or fails to execute the contract after acceptance.

- Municipal Committee Daska reserves the right to reject any or all bids before acceptance in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules. The Procuring Agency may increase or decrease quantity/works subject to budget availability.

- All prevailing Government of Punjab laws, notifications, circulars and Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended), including provisions governing the Punjab e-Procurement System and Digital Bank Guarantee, shall apply.
