PAA Invitation to Bid – Video Conferencing System & Smart LED Screen (Bid P-110326)

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites bids through EPADS v2.0 under PPRA Rule 36(b) for the procurement of a Video Conferencing System solution along with a Smart LED screen and allied accessories for a conference hall. Bidders must be registered on the e-procurement system and comply with tax/GST requirements; original bid security and required documents must be submitted as instructed.

Key instructions and requirements:

- Bidding via EPADS v2.0 (e-bidding). Interested parties must download terms & conditions and submit bids through the portal.

- Original bid security must be submitted as specified (call deposit/bank guarantee acceptable) before bid submission/at bid submission time.

- All prospective bidders shall immediately inform PAA of any changes in bid opening date/time and submit proof of Active Taxpayer List (100% compliance) & GST/NTN certificates of FBR at the address given.

- Documents & registration details available on the PAA e-procurement portal (EPADS) and PAA website. PAA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with rules.
