Military Engineer Services (GHQ Rawalpindi) Tender Notice — Miscellaneous Repair & Renovation Works

Issuer: Office of CMES (Army), GHQ Rawalpindi. Sealed tenders are invited under PPRA Rules for multiple miscellaneous repair, maintenance and renovation works at various GHQ Rawalpindi locations.

Scope: Multiple civil, mechanical and services packages covering general repair/maintenance/renovation works at GHQ properties including barracks, messes, residential quarters and associated site services (roads, drains, water/sewerage, firefighting and building services).

Eligibility & document requirements:

• Contractors must submit applications with complete credentials as specified by the Office of CMES (Army), GHQ Rawalpindi.
• Tender documents will be issued to eligible/enlisted contractors; registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and MES enlistment are required where applicable.
• Contractors must provide required certificates, including a declaration that they are not involved in litigation with government departments and are not blacklisted.
