- Submit application with complete credentials to CMES (A) Hosps Regime, Rawalpindi for scrutiny before issuance of tender documents.

- Firms must have sufficient relevant experience and satisfy pre‑qualification requirements; tenders will only be issued to scrutinized/cleared contractors.

- Must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC); provide PEC registration copy. Contractors not registered with PEC will not be issued tender documents.

- Contractors must declare no ongoing litigation with any government department and no outstanding adverse reports against them.

- Contractors on approved MES lists in categories B, C or D with relevant experience may apply. Firms not on MES approved lists must submit a statement of previous experience for the last two years on the provided proforma.

- Tender documents must be received in the office of the acceptance officer by 2026-09-21 at 11:50 hrs.

- Tenders will be opened on 2026-09-21 at 12:00 hrs.

- Interested parties may contact the authorized CMES (A) Hosps Regime representative for details between 08:00 hrs and 15:00 hrs on working days.

- The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per PPRA rules.
