Provincial Election Commission, Punjab (Election Commission of Pakistan) invites sealed bids for the procurement of assorted election material funded under the procurement plan for FY 2026-27. Procurement will follow Single-Stage One-Envelope procedure using Quality-and-Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) as per applicable rules.
Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (EPDAS v2.0) and submit bids electronically via the e-Procurement portal. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security (Pay Order / Call Deposit or an accepted bid security declaration) and comply with the requirements in the bidding documents.
