The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) invites e-bids for the procurement of janitorial and non-core services through EPADS v2.0. Bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 may submit bids under the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
