Tender Notice No. 19/2026 — Supply of Safety, Office & Workshop Items (For Kundian)

Head (Procurement), H-Block, Near K-Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad invites sealed tenders from reputable firms/dealers registered with the Sales Tax Department for supply of various items for Kundian. Single-stage sealed bids (details below) with a non-refundable tender fee are required. Tender documents are available from the Procurement Office on working days against written request and tender fee. Bids must be accompanied by the specified earnest money as per tender documents and submitted before the stated deadline. Tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Key instructions: Tender fee (where shown) Rs.2,000 (non-refundable). Tender documents available up to 13:00 on working days. Bids will be opened at 14:00 on the date of opening. Pay tender fee by bank draft/pay order in favour of the Accounts Officer (details given on tender documents). Late or conditional bids will not be accepted. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept/reject any or all tenders as per PPRA rules.
