Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) – Project Management Unit (PMU) invites sealed bids (Single Stage One Envelope) through the e-Procurement System (ePADS v2.0) for procurement of goods against National Competitive Bidding (NCB) packages listed below. Bidders must be registered on ePADS v2.0. Manual submission of bids will not be accepted. Bid security and other requirements must follow the bidding documents available on ePADS and the Authority’s procurement regulations.

Key procurement instructions:
- Bidding documents, detailed specifications and instructions are available on the ePADS portal (https://epads.gov.pk). Bidders must follow the ePADS v2.0 submission process.
- Single Stage One Envelope procedure will be used. Bid security as specified in the bidding documents is required and must accompany bids in the prescribed form.
- Manual bids will not be accepted. Vendors not registered on ePADS v2.0 should register on the portal prior to submission.
- Pre-bid meeting: 2026-09-23 at the Office of Chief Engineer (Development), IESCO (attendance recommended for clarification of bidding documents).
- Bid submission / opening: 2026-10-02 at 11:30 AM (all packages as per the schedule).
