- Assets are offered on an "as is where is" basis. Prospective bidders may visit and inspect the shops at Peshawar BRT Bus Stations in liaison with TransPeshawar during office hours from publication until the deadline (0900–1700 hrs, Monday–Friday).

- Bidding procedure: Single Stage-One Envelope Competitive Bidding. Solicitation documents can be obtained from TransPeshawar's website from publication until the bid submission deadline.

- Bid security: Earnest money equal to 25% of the annual rent in the form of CDR/DD from any scheduled bank of Pakistan must be submitted with the bid.

- Submission and opening: Bids must be delivered to the undersigned by or before 11:30 AM (PST) on 2026-10-06. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives at 12:00 PM (PST) on 2026-10-06 at the TransPeshawar office.
