Pakistan Railways, CSF/Directorate, Headquarters Office, Lahore invites sealed bids from registered manufacturers / suppliers / bidders / contractors (registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments) through EPADS v2.0 for supply of materials. Bidding will follow the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and instructions in the bidding documents. Bidders must be registered on EPADS and submit bids online as per the e-bidding instructions. Single-Stage One-Envelope procedure will be used unless otherwise specified in the bidding documents.
