Executive Engineer, Chitral Irrigation Division, Chitral invites bids through the E-PAK Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) — Single Stage Single Envelope — from eligible contractors enlisted with the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Works Department and having registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license for the current financial year (2026-27).
