IESCO Disposal Notice — E‑Bids for Vehicles (As‑Is Basis)

Islamabad Electric Supply Company Limited (IESCO) invites sealed e‑bids for disposal of multiple vehicles and vehicle scrap on an "AS IS WHERE IS" basis through the IESCO E‑Bidding system (E‑PADS v2.0). Interested bidders must submit bids through the E‑PADS portal and comply with the terms and deposit the original bid security in prescribed form before bid closing.

Key instructions and conditions:

• Issuing authority: Addl. Director General (Material Management), IESCO Head Quarters, Islamabad.
• Method: E‑Bidding only via E‑PADS v2.0 (portal: vendor.epads.gov.pk/login).
• Original bid security (EMD) must be provided in the shape of CDR/Bank Guarantee as specified against each lot and deposited in the office of the issuing authority prior to bid closing.
• Vehicles are offered on an "AS IS WHERE IS" basis. Inspection of lots is available at IESCO Motor Pool near 132 kV Grid Station Rawat/Kashmir Chowk, Islamabad during office hours (inspection schedule available on the portal or from IESCO).
• The successful bidder will be required to deposit the sale proceeds within 10 working days of issuance of the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) and comply with applicable taxes/stamp duties as per rules.
• All detailed terms, lot‑wise bid security amounts, tender numbers and bidding instructions are available on the E‑PADS portal and from the Material Management office at IESCO HQ.
