E-Tender: Outsourcing Support Staff (Small Dams Division, Islamabad)

Small Dams Division, Irrigation Department, Government of the Punjab (Executive Engineer, Small Dams Division, Islamabad) invites e-bids under Single Stage - Single Envelope competitive bidding through the Punjab e-procurement system for outsourcing support staff/essential services for the period 01.07.2026 to 30.06.2027.

- E-Bids submission deadline: 2026-10-06 at 13:30 (Punjab e-procurement system).
- E-Bids opening: 2026-10-06 at 14:00 (Tender Opening Committee, in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives).

Important conditions and instructions:

- Bidding will follow Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) and Punjab e-procurement procedures. Only firms/contractors registered on Punjab e-procurement and with PEC registration in the relevant category for FY 2026-27 may participate.

- Tender documents and advertisement are available for download from the Punjab e-procurement portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and the PPRA website.

- Manual (hard-copy) bids will not be accepted. Bid security is fixed at 5% of the bid amount and must be submitted in the prescribed form (Bid Security in the name of Executive Engineer, Small Dams Division, Islamabad) via bank guarantee, demand draft, call deposit, or as specified in the bidding documents.

- The procuring agency shall not be responsible for any technical issues on the e-procurement portal. The lowest evaluated bidder will be required to provide performance guarantee (10% of contract) and other standard contractual securities. All applicable taxes and deductions will be made as per government rules.
