Rawalpindi Women University E-Tender: Hostel Lavatory & Washroom Upgradation / Renovation

Rawalpindi Women University invites encrypted electronic bids under Single Stage One Envelope national competitive bidding procedure for rehabilitation/renovation works of hostel lavatories and common washrooms. Bidding documents are available and bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System (www.eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Bids will be opened in the presence of representatives on the specified opening date and time.

Issuer: Rawalpindi Women University, Chief Engineer, Admin Block, 6th Road, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi.

Eligibility & Requirements: Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category (C-6 & above) and with the CE-10 code of specialization. Bidders must be active taxpayers (Income Tax/Punjab Sales Tax/Professional Tax as applicable) and comply with Punjab e-Procurement registration requirements.

Submission & Opening: Bids to be submitted online on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Deadline for online submission: 2016-10-08 before 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Bid Security: 2% of the estimated cost as earnest money, to be submitted in accordance with instructions on the Punjab e-Procurement System.
