How to obtain documents and submit bids:
- Bidding documents are available free of cost and may be downloaded from the PPRA website and the Punjab e‑Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Single‑stage, one‑envelope procedure will be adopted as per PPRA rules. Procurement is governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
- Bidders must upload their bids on the Punjab e‑Procurement System well before the deadline; the University is not responsible for delays or failures on the portal. All bid securities/earnest money must be deposited digitally through the online payment system of the Punjab e‑Procurement System (linked with BOP). Manual bid security instruments (CDR/Bank Guarantee) will not be accepted.
- Submission deadline / last date to upload bids: 2026-09-21 (upload on or before 10:30 AM). Bids will be opened on 2026-09-21 at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room, University of Okara (opening also visible on the e‑Procurement System).
- The University of Okara reserves the right to reject all bids at any time prior to acceptance as per PPRA rules. All applicable taxes will be deducted as per government rules. In case of a public/official holiday on the closing/opening date, the next working day will be considered.
