Blue X Limited — Notice of Directors' Election at EOGM on 2026-07-10

Blue X Limited notifies members that seven individuals have submitted notices of willingness to be elected as directors under Section 159(3) of the Companies Act, 2017. The election will take place at an Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) on Friday, 10 July 2026 at 11:30 AM at Plot No. 5, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, Pakistan.

The nominated persons are Arif Elahi; Danish Elahi; Misbah Khalil Khan; Ali Aamir Bux Musa; Rabia Umar Hassan; Naveen Ahmed; and Saleh Ahmed Farooqi.
