Blue X Limited hereby notifies members under Section 159(4) of the Companies Act, 2017 that seven individuals have filed notices of willingness to stand for election as directors under Section 159(3). An Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) will be held on Friday, 10 July 2026 at 11:30 AM at Plot No. 5, Bungalow Town, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, Pakistan.
The nominated individuals are Arif Ilahi; Danish-un-Nabi; Misbah Khaleel Khan; Saleh Ahmed Farooqi; Ali Aamir Bux Moosi; Rabia Umar Hassan; and Naveen Ahmed. As the number of candidates does not exceed the number of directors fixed by the Board, these persons shall be deemed elected at the EOGM. Notice signed by R.M.
