TMA Takht-e-Nasrati Invitation to Tender – Solarization, PCC Streets & Pump Installations (Karak)

Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Takht-e-Nasrati, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids under a Single Stage Single Envelope system from eligible firms/contractors in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 for multiple works under KADP / Production Bonus 2025-26.

Submission & eligibility

Bidding documents (including bidding documents and BOQ) shall be downloaded from the official e-procurement / KPPRA websites. Interested bidders may obtain clarification from TMA Takht-e-Nasrati. Original call deposit/call receipt in favor of TMO, TMA Takht-e-Nasrati from scheduled banks must be attached. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (where applicable), CNIC and other standard documents are required as per the tender terms.

Important terms

• Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes on or before the stated date & time; late bids will not be entertained.
• Tender processing will follow the “above / below” system based on market rates where applicable and all bidders must pay applicable provincial/federal taxes as required.
• Bid security/earnest money shall be provided as specified in the tender documents; contractors without valid call deposit will be barred from participation.
• The department reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids as per KPPRA rules.
