Tender: Fabrication, Installation & Commissioning of Hydraulic Dumper Bodies — TMA Matta Bar Swat

Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Office of the Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Matta Bar Swat invites sealed tenders (MRS-2025 / 1st BI-Annual & Non-MRS items) for fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of hydraulic man/dumper bodies under KPPR rules 2014. Bids shall be submitted as single-stage/two-envelope via E-PADs web site and hard copies as required.

Key submission & eligibility requirements:

- Download bidding documents from E-PADS (e.g., kp.ecp.gov.pk or KPPRA web site after NIT publication). Hard copies/registered courier submissions also accepted before deadline.

- Eligible contractors/fabricators/manufacturers must submit separate Technical and Financial bids through E-PADS; also submit technical documents via registered Dak/courier before bid submission due date.

- Mandatory documents: renewed PEC registration for current financial year, valid NTN, GST (where applicable), valid enlistment with Local Council Board (active KPRA), evidence of active status with FBR and centralized enlistment as per Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa policy.

- Call deposit in favour of Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Matta Bar Swat as bid security; a scanned copy must be uploaded on E-PADS and originals delivered to the office before opening of bids.

- Technical proposals must be numbered and include a table of contents; disfiguring/overwriting/manipulation will render tenders liable to rejection. Technical evaluation will be based on criteria in the bidding documents.

- Financial bids of only technically responsive bidders will be opened. Financial bids of non-responsive bidders will be returned unopened.

- The Procuring Entity may increase/decrease scope or accept/reject bids as per rules; bidders must comply with additional KPPRA notifications referenced in the notice.

- Successful bidder required to furnish Performance Security @ 10% of the contract price and provide chassis; contractor responsible for fabrication, installation, testing, commissioning, painting and delivery in complete operational condition and to provide one-year defect liability/warranty period from date of successful commissioning.
