WSSCH Haripur Tender: Annual Repair & Maintenance Framework Agreements (Civil & Mechanical)

Water & Sanitation Services Company Haripur (WSSCH), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites bids via e-Procurement (ePADS) for annual repair & maintenance framework agreements. Eligible contractors must be registered with PEC in the applicable category, hold a valid NTN and KPRA registration, and have active sales tax status on ATL or with FBR & KPRA.

Important submission & process details:

- Tender documents are available from the office of the Chief Executive Officer, WSSCH Haripur between 09:00 and 17:00 (Mon–Fri) from publication date until the closing date.

- Bids must be submitted online through ePADS (https://eproc.kp.gov.pk). The 2% bid security (earnest money) must be uploaded on ePADS and the original bank deposit slip (or Call/Demand Draft/Pay Order as applicable) in favour of Chief Executive Officer WSSCH Haripur must be delivered to the CEO's office before bid opening.

- Pre-bid meeting: 2022-10-05 at 11:30 AM in the office of General Manager (HR, Admin, Procurement & IT), WSSCH Haripur.

- Bid upload deadline: 2022-10-12 by 11:30 AM on ePADS. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 Noon in the presence of the procurement committee or bidders' representatives who choose to attend.

- Quoted rates shall remain valid for 3 months from the date of bid closing. Each package will be evaluated separately. Additional bid security or provisions will apply as per applicable KPPRA notifications and regulations.
