National Police Foundation (NPF) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from landowners, developers, firms, investors, corporate housing bodies and other eligible parties for land provision and joint-venture models to develop housing schemes for serving/retired police officers, families of martyrs (Shuhada), government officers and the general public.

| Required submission details & documents | Complete proposal clearly outlining proposed JV/business model, NPF share/entitlement, concessions for police/NPF members, special provisions for families of Shuhada and Ghazis; copies of complete ownership title and revenue records (relevant Fard/Fardat), layout plan, khasra/khata plan, NOC/NEC, clearly establishing ownership, location, area and legal status of the land. |
