Open Tender for Supply of Servo Motors (Tender No. 01/26-27)

Sr. Admin Officer (Proc) invites sealed tenders from reputable manufacturers and stockists registered with the Sales Tax Department, having their own office with telephone and fax facilities, for supply of the listed item on FOB basis. Tender documents and specifications can be obtained from the issuing office on submission of a written request on company letterhead and payment of the prescribed tender fee by bank draft.

Key submission and eligibility conditions:

- Tender fee must be submitted by bank draft in favour of Pr. Accounts Officer, P.O. Box No.1637, Islamabad; cash will not be accepted.

- Each tender must be accompanied by 2% earnest money (bid security) in favour of Pr. Accounts Officer, P.O. Box No.1637, Islamabad. Tenders without the 2% earnest money will be rejected.

- Tender documents will not be issued to firms that previously failed to supply stores against orders.

- Envelopes must be superscribed with the tender number and due date; postal delays are the tenderer’s responsibility.

- Late tenders or tenders with less than 60 days validity from date of opening will not be accepted. Tenders containing cutting/overwriting will be rejected.

- Tender documents can be dispatched by post after receipt of request and bank draft, but the original draft must reach the office on or before the last date to issue tender documents; the issuing office is not responsible for postal delays.

- The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations.
