Baba Guru Nanak University, Nankana Sahib invites e-procurement bids under PPRA Rules 2014 for the purchase of computers, laptops and networking items on package/lot-wise basis. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System as specified below.

Key instructions: Bidding will be conducted through e-procurement (Single Stage Two Envelope) as per PPRA Rules 2014. Bidders should download the bidding documents, terms and specifications from the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security equal to 2% of the estimated price in the form of CDR / Demand Draft / Pay Order in favor of "Treasurer, Baba Guru Nanak University, Nankana Sahib".

Other conditions: Bidders must upload a duly signed affidavit on the prescribed stamp paper along with bid documents; procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rules.
