Tender for Purchase of Desktop Computers & Laptops — Baba Guru Nanak University, Nankana Sahib

Secretary Purchase Committee, Baba Guru Nanak University, Nankana Sahib invites e-procurement bids under PPRA Rules for the purchase of desktop computers and laptops on package/lot-wise basis from eligible firms/companies/sole proprietors registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments (Income Tax & Sales Tax).

Bidding will be conducted through e-Procurement (Single Stage Two Envelope) as per Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014. Bidders must upload bids on the Punjab e-Procurement System before the closing date/time. All bids on package/lot basis must contain complete quotations for the respective lot; partial quotations within a lot will not be accepted.

Bid documents, terms, conditions and specifications are available free of cost under Rule 25(1) at: http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk, http://ep.punjab.gov.pk and the procuring agency website http://bgnu.edu.pk. E-bids will be opened under PPRA Rule 30(1) in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

Financial requirements and conditions:

• Bid Security: 1% of the estimated cost, to be deposited electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EP).
• Bid Validity: 120 days.
• Bidders must upload a duly signed affidavit on prescribed Stamp Paper along with bid documents on the Punjab e-Procurement System; the procuring agency may require original affidavit for physical verification if necessary.

The response time shall be calculated from 2026-10-06 (date of publication on the PPRA website). In case of an official holiday on the day of submission, the next day will be treated as the closing date.
