BGNU Tender for Purchase of Desktop Computers and Laptops — Closing 2026-10-21

Baba Guru Nanak University (BGNU), Nankana Sahib invites e-procurement bids under PPRA rules for the purchase of desktop computers and laptops. Eligible bidders — firms, companies or sole proprietors engaged in manufacturing/trading and registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Income/Sales Tax Departments — may participate through the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Submission & bid conditions:

- Bidding will be conducted through e-Procurement (Single Stage Two Envelope) in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014. Register and submit bids at: https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login.

- Tender documents, terms & conditions, requirements and specifications are available on the Punjab e-Procurement portal and at BGNU: http://ep.punjab.gov.pk and http://bgunu.edu.pk.

- All bids must be uploaded via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids must include a Bid Security of 2% of the estimated cost, deposited electronically through the e-Procurement facility.

- E-bids will be opened under PPRA Rule 30(1) in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bid validity: 120 days. A duly signed affidavit on prescribed stamp paper must be uploaded with the bidding documents; originals may be requested for verification.

- The response time is calculated from 06 Oct 2026, the date of publication on the PPRA website. If the closing day is an official holiday, the next working day will be treated as the closing date.
