Common Management Unit (CMU) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for procurement, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of one 1000 kVA distribution transformer with 11 kV industrial protection panel for the CMU warehouse in Islamabad.
Procurement will follow the Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure and Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related procurement guidelines. Bidders must be registered on the e-PAK Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) and submit electronic bids through EPADS.
