National Police Foundation (NPF) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from land owners, developers, firms, investors, corporate housing bodies and individuals for land provision, land-sharing models, end-product models (plots/apartments/town houses) and other joint-venture (JV) options to develop new housing schemes for Police Officers, families of Shuhada, Government officers and the general public.

| Submission requirements | Complete proposal clearly outlining proposed JV/business model, NPF's share/entitlement, special concessions/discounts (if any) for Police/NPF members and families of Shuhada, copies of title/revenue records, land plan, Khasra plan, NOC/NEC etc., proof of ownership, location, area and legal status of land proposed for Joint Venture with NPF. |
