PITB Invitation to Bid – Procurement of Laptops (Ultra 7 Series)

Issuer: Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab. PITB invites bids for procurement of laptops for its Infrastructure Wing and various projects under ITB (OPTS-08).

Procurement will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 on a Single Stage – Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Tender documents are available free of cost at PITB and PPRA websites and bids must be submitted online via the Punjab E-Procurement System (e-Procurement) website: https://epp.punjab.gov.pk. Technical and financial bids must be submitted as separate, duly completed, signed, stamped and in compliance with the Tender Document.

Key dates and submission details: Tender documents may be downloaded from PITB (www.pitb.gov.pk) and PPRA (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk). Bidders must register and submit bids online on the Punjab E-Procurement System. Last date/time for online submission: 2026-09-25 at 11:00 hours; Technical bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 hours.

Notes: Bidders are advised to upload bids on the e-Portal well before the deadline; PITB is not responsible for e-Portal submission issues. Incomplete, unsigned or stamped bids or bids submitted by modes other than specified will be rejected. Income/sales tax registration and other documents mentioned in the Tender Document must accompany bids. PITB reserves the right to accept or reject any bid/proposal as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
