Issuer: National Police Foundation (NPF). NPF invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible landowners, developers, firms, investors, corporate housing bodies and individuals for land provision and joint-venture models to develop new housing schemes for NPF beneficiaries (Police officers, families of Shuhada, officers of the Government and general public).
Purpose: Solicit proposals for one or more of the following models for projects located anywhere in Pakistan (including Islamabad):

Eligibility: Landowners/developers, firms, investors and corporate housing bodies and individuals having clear title and supporting land documents are eligible. Priority cities mentioned include Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Sialkot and Multan.
Submission requirements (summary): Proposals must include the proposed JV/business model, NPF's share/entitlement in the project, any special concessions/discounts for Police/NPF members and families of Shuhada and Ghazis, copies of complete ownership, title and revenue records (including Fard/Fardat and other supporting land documents), layout plan, khasra plan, relevant NOCs and clear area/legal status of the land proposed for joint venture. Bidding/EOI documents will be provided by NPF.
Application fee / Earnest money: Submission of a pay order / bank draft of Rs. 500,000/- in favour of "National Police Foundation" (NTN: 0787621-1) is mandatory with the proposal.
Deadline & submission: Complete EOIs must reach the office of the Director in Chief, NPF by 11:30 AM on or before 2026-10-09. NPF reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and may request additional information or clarification.
