Purpose: Invitation to bid for procurement of gymnasium equipment for PEF Head Office Building for FY 2026-2027 under Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure.

How to apply: Bidders (firms/companies/sole proprietors/general order suppliers engaged in trading, registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments/Authorities) must submit bids online through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). The bidding document will be available on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP), PPRA and PEF websites after publication. Scanned copies of bids will be uploaded on the e-Procurement System where applicable.
Key conditions: Detailed eligibility criteria, bid scope and terms & conditions are in the bidding document and will be binding on bidders. Bids must include prescribed bid security. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. Bidders must have valid NTN and Sales Tax registration where applicable. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules. Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 shall apply. PEF reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
Bid validity: One hundred and twenty (120) days from the last date for submission. Bidders should ensure compliance with all documentary requirements listed in the bidding document. Bidding document may be downloaded from PPRA website without paying any fees.
