Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) — IESCO-PMU invites bids for procurement of civil works under FY 2026-27. Single-stage, one-envelope bidding will be used and Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique will apply in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
