Issuer: District Council, Rahim Yar Khan (Chief Officer / Deputy Commissioner-Administrator). District Council invites sealed bids for approved ADP development schemes for the year 2026-27 under the MRS 2nd Bi-Annual 2026 programme. Procurement will be through the Punjab e-procurement system. Bidding is single stage, two-envelope (Technical & Financial).
Eligibility & Submission Requirements:
- Registered contractors/firms with a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license in the relevant category/codes.
- Bidders/firms must be registered on the Punjab PPRA e-procurement website and follow application procedures on the website.
- Bid security: Earnest money equal to 5% of the estimated cost (as CDR) in favour of District Council Rahim Yar Khan. CDR must be submitted before opening of financial bids; otherwise the firm will be disqualified.
- Bids (Technical & Financial) must be uploaded to the Punjab e-procurement website in accordance with the bidding documents and schedule below.
- Non-compliant or fraudulent documentation (e.g., fake CDR/receipt) will result in disqualification and blacklisting as per rules.
